SHIPPING

Enjoy $7.99 flat rate shipping on your total order. We ship Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays) from Jacksonville, FL via USPS, UPS or FEDEX. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it ships; however, we usually process orders the same or next day. Arrival dates will vary depending on the delivery location. Most packages are delivered within 3 to 7 days from the time we receive your order and payment has been confirmed. Customers will receive tracking and delivery notifications once order is shipped. PLEASE NOTE: Karen’s Loft is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. We ship orders in the contiguous United States. 

RETURN POLICY

Items may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable. Face Masks are Final Sale and Non-Returnable. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, cases, containers and gift boxes when applicable. Items must not be worn, altered or damaged. Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender.

LOST PACKAGES

Although this is a rare occurrence, all lost packages must be reported within 30 days of your order's ship date. If you are reporting a lost package, please ensure the following steps are taken before contacting customer service: Check the immediate area; including any mailbox, garage, porch, front desk, leasing office, neighbor, or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package. Contact the shipping carrier. Sometimes they can update you and submit inquiries about your package. Please also track your package online to see if there are any special instructions or updates listed. If you still are unable to find your package, please contact us, and we will be happy to start a claim with the shipper. Please note that package claims can take up to 8 business days to be completed. During the claim process, the shipper will contact you to investigate this case. Once the claim is closed, we will assist with a refund/replacement.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Stripe, Apple Pay and PayPal take security seriously. Your credit card data entered into your payment form is never sent to our server. Instead, the data is sent directly to Stripe, Apple Pay and Paypal.  We don’t receive customer’s actual credit, bank or debit card numbers, so we aren't handling actual credit, bank or debit card numbers in our systems when customers pay.

PayPal is an online financial service that allows you to pay for items using a secure internet account. You simply add your bank account, credit card or debit card details and whenever you pay using PayPal, you can choose which of your cards or accounts of which to pay.
